Kathleen “Cile” Moreno is the Founder and President of Preferred Brands USA, a beverage sales and brand management firm recognized for hands-on execution, distributor leadership, and long-term retail relationships. With nearly four decades in the beverage alcohol industry, Cile has built a career on helping premium and challenger brands expand distribution, strengthen chain execution, and win at retail—particularly across grocery, big-box, and convenience channels.

Founded in 2002, Preferred Brands provides sales, marketing support, forecasting, and category management capabilities to brand owners seeking disciplined growth in competitive markets. Under Cile’s leadership, the firm is credited with helping scale a major brand to more than 56,000 cases annually.
